Kalman and low-promoting patients need to carefully choose treatment options based on age, physical condition and different needs, and multiple treatment options can be switched between each other. Idiopathic (IHH) is organic and has Kallmann syndrome ( KS), normal olfactory IHH (nIHH), etc. The results showed that the success rate of spermatogenesis in HH treatment once per week was 82%, and the median spermatogenesis in HH treatment once per week required 24 months. Compared with months, similar effects can be obtained and treatment compliance can be improved.

　　Professor Mao Jiangfeng, Dr. Hao Ming and Dr. Junjie Zheng combined more than 100 cases of GnRH pumps and double boosters to treat fertility in HH patients. The results showed that some HH patients had higher spermatogenesis rate, shorter spermatogenesis time, higher sperm concentration, and a higher probability of reversal than Kallmann patients. GnRH pump can improve patient compliance and spermatogenesis is faster than double boost, but testosterone concentration in double boost is higher than that of GnRH pump. 　　Dr. Wang Xi described that adult men with low testosterone may have clinical manifestations such as decreased libido, obesity, depression, and sleep disturbances. Related studies have shown that there is a certain causal relationship between diabetes and low testosterone. It is suggested that patients with low-fat and Krebs syndrome should keep testosterone at normal values in the body, strengthen exercise, and lose weight reasonably.
